Step 1
Download the Personal Information Form for Invitation Letter (for applying the official invitation letter ) from the LOC website: www.nnwhm.com

Step 2
Send a scanned copy of the information page of your passport and the Personal Information Form by e-mail to the LOC (intl@nnsports.org)before September 10, 2010

Step 3
Bring the official invitation letter received from LOC by e-mail and the materials( see paragraph 3 below)to apply for a visa in Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country
Note: Printing the official invitation letter in colour is highly recommended. |

Step 4
You can enter China on schedule after obtaining the visa. |
1. You must contact the LOC and apply for an official invitation letter by 10 Sept. Your application must include, for each member of your delegation: name, nationality, occupation, date of birth, passport No., date of issue, date of expiry. You must also indicate in which country you intend to request the visa. 2. An Official Invitation Letter will then be issued by LOC according to the application. With this invitation letter, applicants can then apply for a Chinese visa at Chinese diplomatic missions, consular posts or other resident agencies abroad authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. You may now submit your actual visa application to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate of your choice. Please be informed that, for the visa application, you must submit:
a. The Official Invitation Letter received from the LOC;
b. One visa Application Form for each participant. Blank Visa Application Forms can be downloaded from the Chinese Embassy/Consulate website in the country where the visa application will be processed;
c. Photos for each participant;
d. Each participant’s passport with at least 2 blank consecutive visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of visa application;
e. Other documents in accordance with your application.

Important note:
From 1 to 7 October China will hold celebrations for its National Day. ALL Administrative services, including Chinese Embassies and Consulates around the world will be closed until Sunday 9 October. Please take this into consideration when planning your visa arrangements.
